SC (B) 10,11- □/□ series resin insulated dry transformer

Resin-insulated dry-type transformers are developed by our company through the introduction of advanced foreign technology and independent research. We have developed the SC9, SCB9 series, as well as the SC10 and SCB10 series of dry-type transformers. Due to the coils being encapsulated in epoxy resin, these transformers are flame-retardant, fireproof, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, non-polluting, compact, and can be installed directly at load centers. The scientific and rational design and casting process ensure that the product has lower partial discharge, low noise, strong heat dissipation capabilities, and can operate for long periods under forced air cooling conditions at 125% rated load. Equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, it features fault alarms, over-temperature alarms, over-temperature tripping, and black box functions. It also connects to a computer via a RS485 serial interface for centralized monitoring and control.

SC (B) H15 type amorphous alloy dry transformer

Using isotropic soft magnetic conductive materials, the magnetic power is low, the resistivity is high, and eddy current losses are minimal. The core made of amorphous alloy material has very low no-load loss and no-load current, only one-third that of silicon steel sheets. The no-load loss of the transformer is 75% lower than the specified value in GB/T10228. This can significantly reduce operating costs and achieve remarkable energy savings.

The magnetic core material is made of amorphous alloy. Amorphous alloy is an alloy where iron, boron, and other elements are used as raw materials, and through special processes such as rapid cooling, they are cast into thin strips, causing the atoms to arrange in a disordered manner. Due to its soft magnetic properties, the hysteresis loop of amorphous alloy is very narrow, meaning it requires only a small amount of magnetization power. Therefore, transformers made from amorphous alloy materials have very low no-load losses.
