    GGD type AC low voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, factories and other power users of AC 50HZ, rated working voltage 380V, rated working current up to 3150A distribution system, as power, lighting and distribution equipment energy conversion, distribution and control.

    GGD type AC low voltage distribution cabinet complies with IEC439 "Low voltage complete switchgear and control equipment", GB7251 "Low voltage complete switchgear" and other standards.

     

    Structural characteristics

    1. The cabinet body of GGD type AC low voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of general cabinet, and the frame is made of cold bent steel 8MF by local welding or assembly. The frame parts and special supporting parts are produced and supplied by our company to ensure the precision and quality of the cabinet body.

    The parts of the universal cabinet are designed according to the principle of module, and there are 20 installation holes, with high general coefficient. It can realize pre-production in the factory, which not only shortens the production cycle, but also improves the working efficiency.

    2. GGD cabinet design fully considers the heat dissipation problem in the operation of the cabinet. The slot holes at the top and bottom of the cabinet are discharged, while cold air is continuously supplemented into the cabinet from the lower slot holes, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.

    3. GGD cabinet is designed according to the requirements of modern industrial product styling design, and the shape of the cabinet and the division size of each part are designed by using the golden section ratio method, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and elegant.

    4. The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a pivot hinge, which is easy to install and remove. A mountain-shaped rubber strip is embedded in the folded edge of the door. When closing the door, the embedded strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet body and also improve the protection level of the door.

    5. The multi-strand flexible copper wire with electrical components is connected to the frame. The mounting parts in the cabinet are connected to the frame with a knurled washer, and the whole cabinet forms a complete grounding protection system.

    6. The cabinet surface paint can be selected from polyester orange baking paint, or the spray powder process can also be selected. Both have strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is in a matte tone, avoiding glare effect, creating a more comfortable visual environment for the personnel on duty.

    7. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, which is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the top of the cabinet are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and transportation.

    8. The protection class of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20 and IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.

     

    Use environmental conditions

    1. The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ and lower than-5℃. The average temperature within 24h shall not be higher than +35℃.

    2. Indoor installation and use, the altitude of the use site does not exceed 2000m.

    3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures:(for example, 90% at +20℃). Consider the effect of condensation that may occur occasionally due to changes in temperature.

    4. The inclination of the backup installation to the vertical shall not exceed 5.

    5. The equipment shall be installed in a place without violent vibration and impact, as well as a place where electrical components are not corroded enough.

    6. If the user has special requirements, it can negotiate with the manufacturer to solve the problem.

     

    Main technical parameters

    1. Main busbar

    When the rated current is 1500A or less, a single copper busbar is used. When the rated current is more than 1500A, a double copper busbar is used. The bonding surface of the busbar is treated with tin coating process.

    2. Selection of electrical components

    A) GGD cabinet mainly adopts more advanced electrical components that can be mass-produced in China, such as ME, DZ20, DW15, etc.;

    B) HD13BX and HD13BX type rotary operating knife switch is a special component designed by NLS to meet the unique structure of GGD cabinet. It changes the operation mode of the mechanism and retains the advantages of the old products. It is a practical new type electrical component;

    C) If the design department chooses new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to the user's needs, the GGD cabinet has good installation flexibility, so it is generally not difficult to manufacture and install due to the update of electrical components;

    D) To further enhance the dynamic stability of the main circuit, the busbar support in the GGD cabinet uses a dedicated ZMJ type modular busbar clamp and insulating support. The busbar clamp is thermally formed from high-strength, flame-retardant PPO composite material. It has high insulation strength and excellent self-extinguishing properties, with a unique structure that allows for easy assembly into single or double busbars by adjusting the modular blocks. The insulating support is a sleeve-type molded structure, which is low-cost, strong, and addresses the issue of insufficient creepage distance in older products.

     

    Precautions for use

    1. This product is a low-voltage distribution cabinet that is installed away from the wall, operated on one side (front), and has double-sided door maintenance. The maintenance passage and cabinet door of this product must be entered or opened by qualified professionals for operation, inspection and maintenance;

    2. After multiple times of closing and opening, the air circuit breaker will cause local burning and carbon substances of the main contact points, and increase the contact resistance. The circuit breaker should be regularly maintained and repaired according to the instructions of the user manual.
