The after-sales service personnel are all professional electrical engineers who have worked in this industry for more than 5 years, abide by laws and regulations, and comply with the provisions of the "Installation Service Department Employee Management Work Rules". They have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, rich on-site experience, proficient operation methods, quick response, and can quickly analyze various electrical faults and handle them in a timely manner, winning praise from many users. We can dispatch construction personnel with installation technical qualifications to the designated construction site on time according to the customer's notification, and complete the customer's installation tasks with quality, schedule, and quantity. 2. Technical Service Plan and Content

If our technical personnel are unable to perform the job competently, the buyer has the right to request us to reassign service personnel without affecting the progress of the project.

The training plan for 6 personnel includes providing unified technical training to relevant personnel before construction (including installation techniques, operational skills, construction conditions, etc., and conducting training for relevant personnel during the installation project).
During the warranty period, if there are any quality issues with the 7 after-sales service products, we will carry out smoother repairs and other necessary actions as requested by the customer upon receiving notification.

The company will attach importance to and improve the opinions on product manufacturing quality raised by the user's stationed personnel. For products ordered for important projects, the company shall notify the user to send personnel to participate in joint inspection before the factory inspection.
When the product is shipped to the user, if the packaging is damaged or the product is damaged due to transportation reasons, the company will send personnel to assist the user in negotiating claims with the transportation department, negotiating solutions, and actively sending personnel for repairs to achieve customer satisfaction.

The company has set up a 24-hour service hotline. During on-site inspection and installation, if any product quality issues are found due to the company's responsibility, the company guarantees to respond within 4 hours after receiving notification. Be a good consultant for the problems encountered on site and provide the best solution for users. If it is confirmed by both parties that the product quality problem is caused by the manufacturing of the company and cannot continue to be used, the company is responsible for the "three guarantees", namely repair, replacement, and return. If there are quality problems caused by the buyer's reasons, the seller should also repair and replace them in a timely manner, but the cost shall be borne by the buyer.

The company guarantees that all contracted products are produced by the company and will not be transferred to other companies or joint factories for production.
(2) Protection measures and requirements for materials delivered to the construction site
The product should be kept in sealed packaging, protected from rain and moisture. The product is not allowed to be folded or squeezed.
The outer packaging should be labeled with words such as "moisture-proof" and "fireproof" or relevant signs, and should indicate relevant information such as product name, rated voltage, model specifications, production date, etc. Keep away from sources of fire and high temperatures, avoid moisture and heavy objects from squeezing.
