Amorphous alloy is an alloy where iron, boron, and other elements are used as raw materials, and through special processes such as rapid cooling, they are cast into thin strips, causing the atoms to arrange in a disordered manner. Due to its soft magnetic properties, the hysteresis loop of amorphous alloy is very narrow, meaning it requires only a small amount of magnetization power. Therefore, transformers made from amorphous alloy materials have very low no-load losses.
