During installation, simply remove the plastic support strip and the cable accessory rubber components will rapidly shrink and tightly grip the cable. This flame-free method ensures safe, reliable, and convenient installation.

    Reliable insulation

    The product uses high-quality liquid silicone rubber specifically designed for power cable accessories. With excellent electrical properties, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance, combined with sufficient design margin, the product offers more reliable insulation performance and longer service life.

    Technical characteristics

    The stress control component of the terminal body is integrated with the main insulation, achieving gapless connection. The electric field stress dispersion control adopts an optimized design of geometric stress cone structure, effectively reducing field intensity and stress concentration. Additionally, the increased external insulation creepage distance, combined with the hydrophobic properties of silicone material, ensures product performance at high altitudes, humid regions, cold zones, and heavily polluted environments.

    The mid-joint features thickened main insulation and an injection-molded outer shielding structure, ensuring excellent shielding performance and stable quality. The installation process incorporates triple waterproof sealing (both ends of the joint body, inner sheath, and outer sheath), making the waterproof performance more reliable. Our company has also developed injection-molded waterproof mid-joints, fire-resistant mid-joints, and explosion-proof mid-joints, expanding the product's application scope.
