    Reliable insulation

    Using high-quality liquid silicone rubber specifically designed for accessories, with excellent electrical properties, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, combined with sufficient design margin, ensures more reliable insulation performance and longer service life.

    Technical characteristics

    Our cable termination features an integrated design where the stress control component is bonded with the main insulation, creating a seamless interface. The optimized geometric stress cone structure effectively controls electric field distribution, minimizing field intensity and stress concentration. With extended creepage distance and the inherent hydrophobicity of silicone rubber material, the product demonstrates superior performance in high-altitude, humid, extremely cold, and heavily polluted environments.

    The joint utilizes thickened main insulation and an injection-molded outer shielding structure to ensure excellent EMI shielding performance and long-term stability. Our triple-seal waterproofing system (at both joint ends, inner sheath, and outer sheath) provides exceptional moisture resistance. We have also developed specialized joint variants including injection-molded waterproof type, fire-resistant type, and explosion-proof type, significantly expanding the product's application scope across various demanding industrial environments.
