Overview
Oil-immersed transformer is a kind of power transformer that uses insulating oil as cooling and insulating medium, and effectively dissipates heat through oil circulation, which is suitable for medium and high voltage and large capacity transmission and distribution scenarios. Its core features include high reliability, long life and the ability to adapt to harsh environments, and it is widely used in power systems, industrial facilities and new energy fields.

1、Equipped with forced oil circulation cooling (OFAF) and high-temperature-resistant insulation, supporting 150% rated load for 2 hours with winding hot-spot temperature below 98℃ (IEEE C57.91 compliant).
2、Vacuum oil-impregnation and multi-layer shielding limit partial discharge to 5pC (1/3 of industry average 15pC), with proven 400,000-hour lifespan (accelerated aging tested).
3、Segmented insulation cylinder and surge counter pass 250kV/μs lightning impulse test (IEC 60076-3), exceeding standard 200kV capability.
4、ow-temperature oil formulation and hermetic tank enable cold-start at -40℃ without preheating, with oil temperature rise ≤45K under high load (IEC 60354).
