• The switch-type outdoor cable distribution box is a sim-structured and lightweight switchgear with sulfur hexafluoride load switches and vacuum circuit breakers as its core components. It is suitable for AC 50Hz, 12kV power systems and is widely used in industrial and civil cable ring networks and power supply terminals. It is particularly suitable for the following places: power distribution in urban residential areas, small secondary substations, switch stations, industrial and mining enterprises, shopping malls, airports, subways, wind power generation, hospitals, stadiums, railways, tunnels, etc.
• The main switch of this outdoor cable distribution box can be selected from SFG type produced by ABB, FLUORC type produced by VEI of Italy, domestic SF6 load switch and vacuum circuit breaker and circuit breaker matching protection devices (various spring-mechanism vacuum circuit breakers, such as VS1 type, VD4 type; Various permanent magnet mechanism vacuum circuit breakers, such as Tride ISM type, Ukraine BP1 type, etc., have two operation modes: manual and electric. They can also be equipped with FTU devices to achieve four-remote functions.

The three-position SF6 load switch has three working states: closed, open and grounded (two positions can be selected according to customer needs). The operating mechanism has a strict function to prevent misoperation. SF6 gas is adopted as the arc-extinguishing medium, filled with SF6 gas at 0.045MPa(20℃), and the switch housing can be provided with a fracture observation window. The switch is equipped with a capacitive live display for showing the live status. The operating mechanism can be selected in either electric or manual mode. This switch has a long mechanical life and requires no maintenance for 30 years.

• The live busbar and the switch (circuit breaker) are sealed as a whole in the gas box to achieve an overall common box structure. The overall common box protection level is IP67, which can truly ensure safe operation under short-term flood inundation.
• The SF6 gas adopts a common box structure, with the moving and static contacts, arc extinguishing chamber and busbar sealed in the same box. The designed maintenance-free life is 30 years.
• It features reliable mechanical interlocking and has analog markings on the cabinet panel, fully ensuring operational safety.
• It adopts fully sealed and fully insulated cable head connection and has a live display function.
• The busbar is expandable. The extended busbar is of fully insulated and fully shielded structure, ensuring it is not affected by climatic conditions and is maintenance-free.

The unit-type sulfur hexafluoride outdoor ring main unit is a new generation of enclosed switchgear suitable for distribution automation. It uses sulfur hexafluoride load switches and vacuum circuit breakers as the main switches, while the busbars are air-insulated. It is compact and expandable, featuring a simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking, and convenient installation. The load switches respectively adopt SF6 load switches assembled with high-quality components such as the original imported SFG type produced by ABB and the FLUORC type produced by VEI of Italy. Circuit breakers can adopt various spring-mechanism vacuum circuit breakers, such as side-mounted VS1 type and VD4 type. A variety of permanent magnet mechanism vacuum circuit breakers, such as the Tride ISM type and the Ukraine BP type, are provided, along with various circuit breaker protection devices. There are two operation modes: manual and electric. It can also be equipped with an FTU device to achieve the four-remote function.

Outer box

According to the user's usage environment requirements, the outer box body can be made of various materials and structures as per the user's demands, such as cold-rolled steel plate, stainless steel plate, color steel plate, aluminized zinc plate, etc. The appearance is available in multiple colors to ensure no fading for 20 years. The top cover is inclined, with a rainproof eave design, and is equipped with upper and lower ventilation openings. Each ventilation opening is provided with a dust-proof filter screen, creating an air convection from top to bottom, which enables the box to have excellent heat insulation and ventilation effects. The bottom of the box is equipped with a sealed bottom plate for cable entry and exit to prevent moisture from the cable trench from entering the box.

Internal unit cabinet

The internal box materials are all made of imported high-quality aluminized zinc plates or plates as per the user's requirements, processed by CNC numerical control equipment and riveted as a whole. The outgoing line can be selected in multiple ways according to the user's requirements, and the incoming and outgoing lines are convenient and flexible.

The SF6 gas is of an integral box-type structure. The box body is made of high-quality SUS304L stainless steel and formed by laser welding. After being inspected by dedicated welding flaw detection equipment, it undergoes various professional processing procedures and is filled with SF6 gas at the specified pressure. Seal the moving and static contacts, arc extinguishing chamber and busbar in the same air box. The designed maintenance-free lifespan is 30 years.

Reliable mechanical interlocking

The load switch and grounding switch are equipped with reliable mechanical interlocks. When the main switch is forced to close, the grounding switch cannot be placed in the grounding position. There are analog markings on the cabinet panel to fully ensure operational safety.

Fully sealed and fully insulated cable for incoming and outgoing lines

According to the user's requirements, European or American bushings are adopted for the incoming and outgoing lines, and they are connected to the corresponding fully sealed and fully insulated cable heads. It also has a live display function, which can accurately show the live status of each circuit.

Electric operation, FTU

A dedicated voltage transformer is adopted to obtain power, providing power supply and measuring protection voltage signals for the operating mechanism and FTU. And install dedicated batteries and charging modules to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the operating power source and FTU. FTU devices with corresponding functions are provided according to the user's needs.
